Service Rates:
Scheduled 2+ days out - $100.00 per hour
Emergency Service same or next day - $125 per hour
Evenings after 5 pm and all weekends are billed at $125 per hour
(one hour minimum, with 15-minute billing increments beyond first hour)

Travel Time:
Cameron Park - El Dorado Hills - Placerville - no charge
Folsom - 1/4 of an hour, Sacramento- 1/2 of an hour
All other travel billed at hourly rate of $75/hour.

Monthly Service:
One of the computer services we provide is monthly maintenance, for that, we come in and spend time at each machine. Price negotiated dependant on number of systems and complexity.

We insure that the anti-virus software is up to date and insure that all Windows Security updates are being applied on a regular basis. We also insure that any backup system in place is properly functioning. We check event and error logs for any potential problems.

Finally, every machine gets scanned with an updated version of  spyware removal software. Then, we address any user issues that may have arisen since the previous visit.

Little things that tend to be annoyances that wouldn't warrant a special trip out by a technician. This monthly maintenance usually takes less than 60 minutes per workstation and will insure a productive work environment for your employees. In addition, each system will be given a quarterly audit. This helps insure that you know what software is installed and that you are compliant.

Networking and Backup:
Networking is another example of how we might help you. There are still hundreds and hundreds of small businesses that are actually passing files back and forth on a floppy disk or burning them to a CD. With the cost of technology today, you can network two machines for under $100. This usually leads to huge increases in productivity with sharing of files, folders, printers etc.

What would happen to your business if a hard drive failed? Would you be devastated or merely inconvenienced? We can help provide an automated backup system, that will back up all of your users files and folders by storing them to removable media or another hard drive.
